Shipping and Exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and cancellations are not accepted for online purchases.
Exchanges and refunds (for TBF merchandise credit) will be honored if submitted and approved WITHIN 7 DAYS of your order's delivery date. All items must be unworn with original tags still attached (including the issued packing slip) for policy eligibility. If items are returned unauthorized or outside of the guidelines mentioned they may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of The Brand Finale.

FINAL SALE ITEMS WILL NOT be honored.

To Process an exchange contact our customer support team at customersupport@thebrandfinale.com. We require 7 buisness days to process your request. You will be notified via email once your request has been accepted. Return shipping fees are at the customers expense; insurance and tracking numbers are encouraged but not mandatory as we are not responsible for any lost packages.

Exceptions may be made if The Brand finale is at fault.
